Excellent staff friendly and helpful. One member of staff was very rude though especially when he was with elderly patients as he would mimic them and be abrupt when asking them to do things upsetting them - (the 2 instances the other members of the ward and I witness this made us all uncomfortable) The same man came in when I was being sick and hd pressed the buzzer -

Very competent, friendly, approachable staff. Very knowledgeable and always had time to discuss medication/treatment. Was under the care of the Green Team - & could not fault them. Would highly recommend Watford General Hospital.

I found the staff both friendly and very professional. I was clearly made aware of each stage of my treatment. The food was very good unlike what appears to be the general consensious. I was not sure what to expect as it was my first lengthy stay in hospital but I was pleasantly surprised.
